Job summary

Acclimate ABA in Manchester, NH seeks a BCBA leader to supervise RBTs, develop data-driven treatment plans, and support families. The role emphasizes work-life balance with flexible full-time or part-time options and hybrid remote work.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Utah or eligibility to obtain before starting.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, or related field.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Your Role:

What You Bring:

• A current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Utah (or eligibility to obtain before starting).
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
• A passion for empowering individuals and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care.
