Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and be committed to improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges. As a BCBA, you will conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support to clients and their families in a collaborative environment. This job is mostly within the clinic setting while some time may be spent at the in-home setting. Hours are flexible but must be completed between 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM for 40 hours per week. Supervision and parent training are the main duties as well as assessment for ABA services. Candidate must be a licensed behavior analyst in the state of Texas and reside in Texas. This job is full-time, but part‑time hours will be considered for the right candidate. At least two years of experience as a BCBA is preferred. Our company is growing rapidly and we will offer a sign‑on bonus of $6,000.00 upon signing a contract for 18 months after references and background checks are completed successfully. This position has a base salary of $85,000 to $125,000 per year, with quarterly bonuses of up to $16,000 per year paid quarterly based on productivity.
