Role Description

The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time role based on-site in Houston, TX. The BCBA will assess children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other behavioral needs, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions across clinical and community settings. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising behavior technicians, collecting and analyzing behavioral data, updating treatment goals, and ensuring fidelity of intervention delivery. The BCBA will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, caregivers, and medical providers, provide caregiver training, and participate in case reviews and team meetings to support consistent progress. The role also includes maintaining clear documentation, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards, and contributing to a positive, child-centered clinical environment.

Qualifications
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and current licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of Texas.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis, including assessment, treatment planning, and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental or behavioral needs.
  • Strong skills in caregiver and staff training, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and family-centered communication.
  • Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and monitor progress using structured data systems.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and time-management skills in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice, ethical standards of the BACB, and ongoing professional development.
  • Previous experience in pediatric outpatient or school-based settings is preferred.
