Job summary

Intercare Therapy, Inc. is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a remote hourly position. You will design, implement, and oversee behavior analytic services for clients with autism and related disorders.

Travel to client locations, supervision sites, and meetings is expected. We require a Master’s degree in a related field, BCBA certification, state licensure as appropriate, and at least two years of ABA experience.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification from the BACB.
  • State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable in your state).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism.
  • Proficiency in various assessment tools and ABA methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
  • Provide remote supervision and consultation services to clients and their families.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.

Job description

Description & Requirements

Full time hourly remote position. Hours will be scheduled based on client needs and your availability within this limit. The minimum availability requirement for this role is five weekdays of availability in at least two time-blocks (8am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, or 3pm-7pm). Your caseload will be assigned in partnership with Regional Clinical Directors and/or the Senior Managing Director, ABA Client Intake, Admissions, and Planning.



Hourly Rate: Starting at $45
