Job summary

RESTORE ABA & SPEECH THERAPY LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Humble, TX to design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children and families. You will assess, plan, and monitor progress while guiding RBTs and support staff in a collaborative, ethical practice.

You will lead training for families, ensure accurate documentation, and stay current with ABA best practices through ongoing professional development and inter-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification and state licensure as required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ABA therapy.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional growth.
