Beacon Services of Connecticut is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a public school division in Stratford. The role involves analyzing student needs, developing individualized plans, and coordinating with teachers and therapists in a school setting.

The position includes supervision of Behavioral Therapists, participation in PPT meetings, and engagement with families. Candidates should hold BCBA certification and have ABA experience; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA Certification.
• Two (2) years of experience in ABA preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

• Complete assessments and develop individualized client treatment plans, including behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of teachers, speech pathologists, physical therapists, and regular education teachers.

Job Description:

Expand your skills as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst by working with students of varied skill levels, including students with autism, in a public school setting.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of special education teachers, speech pathologists, physical therapists, and regular education teachers
