Job summary

Accel is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Bista team in Phoenix. You will assess and treat individuals with autism spectrum disorder, review client programs, and support RBTs during sessions.

Collaboration with families and onsite Speech and Occupational Therapy teams is essential to delivering consistent, high-quality care. You will balance direct clinical work with planning time, document progress, and refine treatment plans based on data.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder.
• Supervisory experience with RBTs preferred.
