Job summary

Bista seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to assess and treat individuals with autism spectrum disorder, guiding care teams and families onsite.

You will review client programs, supervise RBTs, coordinate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams, and use data to refine treatment plans while balancing planning time with direct clinical work. Based in Phoenix, you will join a multidisciplinary team committed to evidence-based practice.

Qualifications
