Job summary

Positive Behavior Steps in Covina, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full- or part-time role with flexible scheduling. The position emphasizes manageable caseloads, clinical quality, and work-life balance to allow focus on clients.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, supervise RBTs/BTs, and provide caregiver training while tracking progress and maintaining documentation. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification is required.
  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
  • Experience supervising clinical staff and managing cases.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct FBAs.
  • Develop and oversee individualized BIPs.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs (2-tier & 3-tier models).
  • Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
  • Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity.
  • Complete reports and documentation in a timely manner.

What You’ll Do
