Job summary

Bista is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to assess and treat individuals with behavioral issues, focusing on autism spectrum disorder. You will review client programs, support RBTs during sessions, and coordinate with on-site Speech and Occupational Therapy teams.

You’ll collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent care across settings, document progress with data, and balance direct clinical work with planning time.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) preferred.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills to guide treatment plans.
