Job summary

Precious Care ABA is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a remote role in the United States. The position offers generous compensation ($75,000 - $105,000) and benefits with growth opportunities, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise technicians, analyze data, and collaborate with families and schools to create meaningful progress for children with autism and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Active state licensure (or ability to obtain) if applicable
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavioral interventions
  • Experience developing and implementing treatment plans
  • Comfortable analyzing data and adjusting treatment strategies
  • Ability to mentor and support BTs/RBTs
  • Works collaboratively with families and team members
  • Continuing education credits (CEU) and professional development opportunities
