Job summary

Istss is hiring multiple Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a district Behavioral Support Team in Massachusetts. You will work with psychologists, social workers, RBTs, and educators to support students with behavioral, social-emotional, and higher-level needs in inclusive settings.

Responsibilities include FBAs, BIPs, data systems, classroom support, staff coaching, and collaboration with families and school staff.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through BACB.
• Massachusetts DESE licensure required.
• Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based behavioral consultation.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience supporting students with social-emotional and behavior needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and behavioral observations.
• Develop and implement BIPs and reinforcement systems.
• Create, monitor, and maintain behavior data collection systems.
• Provide staff training, coaching, and consultation on behavior management.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families.
• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Assist with crisis prevention, de-escalation, and postvention planning.

Key Responsibilities
