AB Spectrum in Ballwin, Missouri, is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care and supervision with a focused caseload. You will develop evidence-based ABA plans, conduct progress assessments, and mentor RBTs while ensuring high-quality care for children with autism.

What We're Offering

• Up to 33 Paid Days Off Annually: Enjoy 12 paid holidays, 6 paid personal days, and the potential to earn 15 PTO days, providing over six weeks of combined paid time off.
• Up to $100,000 Base Salary: Plus quarterly performance bonus opportunities.
• Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for eligible Florissant positions and $5,000 for eligible St. Peters positions.
• Four-Day Workweek Opportunities: A 25-hour weekly billable expectation designed to be achievable within four days.

• No RBT Coverage: Your role is BCBA clinical care, supervision, and leadership, not filling technician shifts.
