Advanta Autism Care LLC is seeking a part-time BCBA to support clients in Aurora and the greater Denver Metro area. The role includes in-home, community-based, and telehealth supervision when clinically appropriate, with flexible scheduling and manageable caseloads to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification active with BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• New BCBAs are welcome; mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Lead parent training and collaborate with caregivers to support consistency across environments.
• Review client progress and make data-based treatment decisions.
• Maintain documentation that meets BACB, HIPAA, and Colorado Medicaid standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and community supports when appropriate.
• Participate in ongoing clinical collaboration and team communication.

Advanta Autism Care is a growing ABA provider serving children and families across the Colorado Front Range, including Denver Metro, Colorado Springs, Boulder, Fort Collins, Loveland, and surrounding communities. We are currently hiring a part time BCBA to support clients in the Aurora and greater Denver Metro area. This role includes a combination of in home, community based, and telehealth supervision when clinically appropriate. We offer flexible scheduling and work collaboratively with our clinicians to build schedules that support both client needs and work life balance. Caseloads are intentionally kept manageable to support quality care, meaningful supervision, and sustainable clinical work.
