Advanta Autism Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Broomfield, CO. We offer full-time and part-time roles with a pay range of $23–$28/hour, plus a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, paid training, and clear career growth.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to build independence and meaningful skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• ABA or behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Deliver one‑one ABA therapy in home and community settings
• Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers
• Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategies
• Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices
• Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings

What We're Looking For

We're looking for professionals who are passionate about helping others and committed to providing exceptional care.

Required

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• (Applicants must already be certified.)

Preferred

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• ABA or behavioral health experience
• Experience using CentralReach (preferred but not required)
