Job summary

Colorado Autism Consultants in Colorado is seeking a BCBA to join our team in Aurora. You will oversee a caseload of clients, provide mentorship to RBTs, and collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree and BCBA certification required.
  • At least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and adults.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
  • Lifelong learning and desire to serve underserved communities.
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, MVR, and background check.

Responsibilities

  • Carry a manageable caseload of 8-10 clients in a clinic.
  • Supervision is provided in-person at our clinic.
  • Optional 1 day per week virtual (remote) to serving a rural Colorado community.
  • Create and lead individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Supervise RBTs and mentor junior team members.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.

We are looking for candidates who:
  • Hold a minimum of a Master's Degree and BCBA certification (Required)
  • Have worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for at least two year
  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and adults alike
  • A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
  • A lifelong passion for learning, and a desire to serve underserved communities
  • Valid driver's license, current insurance, MVR record, and background check
