Job summary

Advanta Autism Care LLC is seeking a part-time BCBA to support clients in Aurora and the greater Denver Metro area. The role includes in-home, community-based, and telehealth supervision when clinically appropriate, with flexible scheduling and manageable caseloads to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification active with BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• New BCBAs are welcome; mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Lead parent training and collaborate with caregivers to support consistency across environments.
• Review client progress and make data-based treatment decisions.
• Maintain documentation that meets BACB, HIPAA, and Colorado Medicaid standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and community supports when appropriate.
• Participate in ongoing clinical collaboration and team communication.
