Job summary

Compass Counseling Services of NOVA seeks a BCBA leader to join our Virginia-based leadership team. You will mentor behavior support clinicians and RBTs, manage a small caseload with flexible scheduling, and participate in ongoing clinical development within a top behavioral health provider in Virginia.

We offer in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy for autism and neurodevelopmental disorders, with extensive training, continuing education, and annual CE reimbursement.

Qualifications

• BCBA required or eligibility with supervision; applicants encouraged to apply.
• LBA in Virginia or BCBA with plan to obtain LBA in Virginia.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years driving history and clean record.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to behavior support clinicians and RBTs.
• Maintain a small caseload with flexible scheduling and high earning potential.
• Engage in extensive training, clinical skill development, and continuing education (ACE provider).
• Annual continuing education reimbursement provided.

Compensation for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Salary - starting at $76,000 - $100,000 per year


• Unlimited earning potential


• $80/hour for any hours billed over monthly billing requirement

Education, Experience & Other Requirements of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); Students who have completed coursework and supervision for BCBA are strongly encouraged to apply.


• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia or BCBA with a goal of obtaining LBA in Virginia


• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years licensed driving history and good driving record

Preferred:
