Job summary

Compass Counseling Services of NOVA in Virginia is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our leadership team. We offer in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy for autism and neurodevelopmental disorders, prioritizing client well-being and staff growth.

Expect a strong leadership path with mentoring of behavior support clinicians and RBTs, a manageable caseload, and a compensation package including mileage reimbursements and company-provided tech. Virginia LIC/BCBA preferred.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or eligible. Students who completed BCBA coursework and supervision are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Grow as a leader while mentoring behavior support clinicians and RBTs.
• Lead as part of Compass Counseling Services of NOVA's leadership team to guide clinical programs and service delivery.

Compensation for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Salary - starting at $76,000-$100,000 per year
• Unlimited earning potential
• $80/hour for any hours billed over monthly billing requirement
• Mileage, supplies, and cell phone reimbursement

Education, Experience & Other Requirements of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); Students who have completed coursework and supervision for BCBA are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia or BCBA with a goal of obtaining LBA in Virginia
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years licensed driving history and good driving record

Preferred:

• 1 year supervisory experience
