Job summary

Compass Counseling Services of NOVA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our leadership team in Virginia. You will guide clinical practice, mentor clinicians and RBTs, and drive program growth across multiple locations.

We offer a small caseload (95-hour monthly billing) with flexible scheduling, unlimited earning potential, and generous reimbursements. The position includes company-provided tech, extensive training (ACE provider), and annual CE reimbursement to support

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required; students who have completed coursework and supervision for BCBA are encouraged to apply.
• Virginia LBA licensure or BCBA pursuing LBA in Virginia.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years licensed driving history and good record.

Responsibilities

• Mentor behavior support clinicians and RBTs to uphold best practices.
• Lead clinical initiatives as part of Compass Counseling Services of NOVA's leadership team.

Compensation for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Salary - starting at $76,000-$100,000 per year
• Unlimited earning potential
• $80/hour for any hours billed over monthly billing requirement
• Mileage, supplies, and cell phone reimbursement

Education, Experience & Other Requirements of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); Students who have completed coursework and supervision for BCBA are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia or BCBA with a goal of obtaining LBA in Virginia
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years licensed driving history and good driving record
