Compass Counseling Services of Northern Virginia in Manassas, VA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role. You will join the leadership team, mentor clinicians and RBTs, manage a small caseload, and support in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy for autism and neurodevelopmental disorders.

Requirements include a completed master’s degree, current BCBA certification, and Virginia LBA licensure; entry-level candidates are not considered.

• Salary – starting at $76,000–$100,000 per year

Education, Experience & Other Requirements of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); Students who have completed coursework and supervision for BCBA are strongly encouraged to apply
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia or BCBA with a goal of obtaining LBA in Virginia
• Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year licensed driving history and good driving record

• 1 year supervisory experience
