Job summary

Compass Counseling Services of NOVA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our leadership team at Virginia locations, including Fredericksburg. We provide in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy for autism and neurodevelopmental disorders, focusing on client well-being, staff growth, and integrity.

You will mentor behavior support clinicians and RBTs, manage a small caseload with flexible scheduling and generous earning potential, plus comprehensive benefits and professional

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); Students who have completed coursework and supervision for BCBA are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia or BCBA with a goal of obtaining LBA in Virginia
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years licensed driving history and good driving record
• Preferred: 1 year supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor behavior support clinicians and RBTs
• Manage a small caseload with flexible scheduling and unlimited earning potential
• Support clients through in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy programs

Compensation for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):

• Salary - starting at $76,000-$100,000 per year
• Unlimited earning potential
• $80/hour for any hours billed over monthly billing requirement
