What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop evidence-based programming based on client data and assessments
- Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on patient caseload
- Conduct ongoing communication with treatment team members and family guidance
- Perform initial intakes and recurring assessments for clients
- Manage discharge and transition planning for children on your caseload
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or sitting for the BCBA exam within one month
- Must possess a reliable car and driver's license for client commuting
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to undergo a background check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) if applicable
- Previous experience in a similar role within a behavioral health setting
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices
