Overview

Provide behavioral and therapeutic support services to consumers, including assessment, evaluation, training, program planning, and clinical services. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, develop and monitor behavioral intervention plans, and participate in team meetings. Supervise and mentor support staff, and ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Develop and refine Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design and implement evidence-based ABA interventions.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
• Apply ABA techniques to improve skills and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data.
• Maintain detailed records and reports.
• Educate and support parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure cohesive treatment.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Participate in community engagement and adhere to ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing with BACB.
• Experience implementing ABA programming.
• Reliable transportation and physical ability to perform tasks.
• Excellent communication and reasoning skills.
• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Computer proficiency for data entry and documentation.
