Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a BCBA to lead in-home ABA programs. You will conduct FBAs, build individualized plans, and supervise junior staff while partnering with families to reach goals. This clinician-led team emphasizes compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based care.

Role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, WFH options, and a strong benefits package including bonuses and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development

Requirements

What you'll need

• Active BCBA Certification (required)
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
