The Treetop ABA in North Carolina is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical care in-center while leveraging supportive back-office tools and AI-powered assistance. The role emphasizes manageable caseloads and a collaborative environment, with a 25-billable expectation and flexible work options.

Active BCBA and NC LBA are required; experience with autism is preferred, and the team offers robust mentorship, ongoing CEUs, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in-clinic and support home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABAs, and technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.

• Salary: $85,000-$100,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities

• Sign-on bonus available
• Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Nights or Weekends! WFH options available.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development

What you'll need

• Active BCBA Certification (required)
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset
