Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Pinehurst, NC, seeks a BCBA to lead assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs in a clinic setting. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends and WFH options.

As part of a clinician-led team, you will deliver ABA therapy, mentor staff, and analyze data to guide progress. Active BCBA Certification and NC LBA are required; autism experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be licensed as a NC LBA.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for collaboration with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
