Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA to join our clinician-led team in North Carolina. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver ABA therapy in clinic or at home/community settings. You will mentor RBTs/ABATs, collaborate with peers, and use data to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.

Requirements

What you’ll need
