The Treetop ABA, located in Wilmington, NC, is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead clinical services with a strong support team. The role offers a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and NC LBA license required.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.

What You'll Be Doing
