RightWay ABA, a BCBA-led organization serving Paramus, Hackensack, and nearby Bergen County towns, offers a hybrid, full-time BCBA role with a salary of $90,000–$120,000 per year plus up to $5,500 in bonuses. The position emphasizes client-focused care, modest caseload, and supportive team structure.

The role includes designing data-driven treatment plans, collaborating with families and professionals, and supervising RBTs, with a strong emphasis on compliance and quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Valid NJ LBA license, or eligibility before start date.
• Strong communication skills and a calm, empathic approach.
• Medicaid and insurance billing familiarity is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assess clients and design individualized, data-driven treatment plans.
• Partner with families, teachers, and medical providers.
• Coordinate referrals to speech, OT, and mental health providers.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs.
