Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is hiring a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Philadelphia, PA. You will provide evidence-based ABA services to children with autism and supervise RBTs in a collaborative clinical setting.

The role offers mentorship from Clinical Directors, adjustable caseload, and a structured 40-hour week with up to 28 billable hours, plus comprehensive benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure where required.
• ABA experience preferred; RBT background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Work primarily with children ages 2 to 18, most under 6.
• Supervise and support a team of RBTs (typically up to 5).
• Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership on best practices.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Compensation and Incentives

• $85,000 to $110,000 base salary
• Up to $20,000 in bonus potential

Schedule and Caseload

• Up to 10 clients
• Structured within a 40-hour workweek
• Approximately 28 billable hours per week
• Billable hours are not tied to compensation

Clinical Support
