RightWay ABA in Jersey City is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid, full-time role serving Jersey City, Hoboken, Bayonne and nearby Hudson County towns.

You’ll assess clients, design data-driven treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and coordinate referrals with families and providers. The position includes a 27-hour weekly billing minimum, unlimited PTO, and bonuses up to $5,500 per year.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Valid NJ LBA license or eligibility before start date.
• Strong communication and empathic approach.
• Medicaid/insurance billing familiarity is a plus.
