RightWay ABA in Jersey City, NJ, is seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children with autism in the Hudson County area. The role emphasizes client-focused therapy, data-driven treatment planning, and collaboration with families, teachers, and medical providers.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Valid NJ LBA license, or eligibility before start date.
• Strong communication skills and a calm, empathic approach.
• Medicaid and insurance billing familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and design individualized, data-driven treatment plans.
• Partner with families, teachers, and medical providers.
• Coordinate referrals to speech, OT, and mental health providers.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs.
• Keep documentation compliant with insurance and regulatory standards.

Serving: Jersey City, Hoboken, Bayonne, Union City, West New York, North Bergen, Secaucus, and nearby Hudson County towns

$80 - $100/hour
