Admire ABA in Maryland is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead behavioral assessment and intervention planning for children with ASD. You will supervise staff, collaborate with families and professionals, and ensure high-quality, ethical care across settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with organisational policies.
• Lead team meetings to review case progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Ensure all programmes adhere to legal, ethical, and organisational standards related to behaviour analysis.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in behaviour analysis methodologies.
