Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating behavior intervention plans tailored to individual client needs. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring behavioral support, working within a collaborative and supportive environment. The BCBA will lead the design of care plans, supervise behaviour technicians (RBTs), and ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA Therapy services.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioural needs and develop personalised care plans.
  • Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention programmes based on evidence-based practices.
  • Lead and supervise behaviour technicians and other team members to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to staff, families, and caregivers to promote effective behavioral management techniques.
  • Analyse data to evaluate programme effectiveness and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with organisational policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for clients.
  • Promote positive behavior change through evidence-based interventions and behavioural techniques.
Experience
  • Holds a valid certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), and LBA in Maryland.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans within diverse settings.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to clients, families, and team members.
  • Proficiency in IT systems utilised for data collection, analysis, and reporting purposes.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring junior staff or trainees.
  • Experience in creating effective care plans tailored to individual client needs.
