Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team across multiple states. We offer full-time or part-time opportunities with sign-on and relocation bonuses.

Compensation up to $95,000 yearly, depending on state, with flexibility in hours. Responsibilities include conducting intake evaluations, designing treatment plans, supervising ABA technicians, and communicating results with families.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with children and teens with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle to travel between assignments.
  • Manageable caseloads and reliable commute or relocation plans.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
  • Design treatment plans of care for clients.
  • Supervise and monitor progress of behavior technicians.
  • Develop positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with individualized goals.
  • Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement and monitor progress of plans.

Job description

Above and Beyond Therapy is looking for exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team.

We serve families in Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Utah, Virginia, and Maryland.

We offer full-time or part-time opportunities. Sign-on and relocation bonuses available! Compensation up to $95,000 yearly (depending on state).

Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
  • Design treatment plans of care
  • Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
  • Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
  • Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
  • Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
  • Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries
Qualifications
  • Valid BCBA Certificate
  • Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
  • Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license
  • Manageable case loads
  • BCBA (Required)
  • Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
