Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional BCBA professionals to join our team across multiple states. We offer full-time or part-time BCBA opportunities with sign-on and relocation bonuses. Compensation reaches up to $95,000 yearly, paid bi-weekly, depending on state.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with children/teens with ASD or developmental disabilities.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable commute or plan to relocate.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% between assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor progress of behavior technicians.
• Design and implement positive behavioral support and skill acquisition plans.
• Provide family support to explain assessment results and recommendations.
• Track progress with data graphs and summaries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Design treatment plans of care
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
• Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries

Job Requirements

• Valid BCBA Certificate
• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
• Vehicle required for travel between assignments and a valid driver’s license
• BCBA (Required)
• Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Manageable case loads

Work Schedule and Travel

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
