Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional BCBA professionals to join our team. We serve families across multiple states with center, home, and school-based services, offering full-time or part-time roles with sign-on and relocation bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certificate or eligibility.
• Experience working with children/teens with ASD.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor progress of behavior technicians.
• Train ABA technicians and monitor progress of plans.
• Communicate assessment results and recommendations with families.
• Track progress with data graphs and summaries.

Compensation – We pay as high as $95,000 yearly salary on a bi‑weekly basis (depending on state).

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
• Design treatment plans of care
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
• Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
• Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries

Job Requirements

• Valid BCBA Certificate
• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
• Vehicle required for travel between assignments and a valid driver’s license
• BCBA (Required)
• Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Manageable case loads

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
