Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a hybrid role in North Carolina. Compensation Base
Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually
Bonus Opportunity: Earn $80–$90/hour for billable hours beyond your weekly goal.
Total Compensation Potential: Up to $121,600 annually
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $90,000-$100,000 per year. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and experience equity.
