This role involves developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and other professionals to enhance the quality of life for those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to behavior management.
• Provide training and support to staff on behavior analytic principles and techniques.
• Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Stay current with research data collection methods and best practices in applied behavior analysis.
