Continuum Behavioral Health is a BCBA-led, family-owned ABA organization delivering ethical, evidence-based care with supportive supervision and manageable caseloads. We operate across in-home and clinic settings and seek BCBAs to support in-home services in the Fairfax County area.

We offer flexible schedules (full-time & part-time), robust clinical mentorship, administrative support, and a competitive salary starting at $85,000+ based on experience.

Formación

• Active BCBA certification is required and a commitment to ethical, data-driven ABA practice.
• Ability to implement assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

Role Overview:

Provide high-quality ABA services including assessment, treatment planning, behavior intervention planning (BIPs), data analysis, caregiver training, and supervision, with the clinical autonomy and support needed to deliver socially significant outcomes. You'll provide services across both in-home and clinic settings, with a balanced caseload. We are actively seeking BCBAs interested in supporting in-home services in the Fairfax County area.
