We offer flexible schedules (full-time & part-time), robust clinical mentorship, administrative support, and a competitive salary starting at $85,000+ based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required and a commitment to ethical, data-driven ABA practice.
• Ability to implement assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Strong collaboration with caregivers, staff, and leadership to deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Design and supervise BIPs and data analysis.
• Provide caregiver training and supervise ABA staff.
