Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Thrive With a BCBA-Led, Family-Owned Team

Imagine a BCBA role where your caseload is manageable, your schedule is sustainable, and your leadership actually understands the challenges you face—because they’ve been there too. At Continuum Behavioral Health, we’ve spent over 20 years building a practice where quality of care comes first, and where every clinician is valued as a person, not just a provider.

Why Our BCBAs Love Working Here
  • BCBA-Led & Family-Owned – Leadership that truly gets it.
  • Smaller Caseloads – Focus on impact, not quotas.
  • Work-Life Balance – Full-time and part-time flexibility with realistic expectations.
  • Full Administrative Support – Insurance quality assurance and audit support, billing, credentialing, and authorizations are all handled for you.
  • Growth Without Limits – Mentorship, CEUs, and clear advancement opportunities.
  • Mentorship Support – You’ll receive direct mentorship from our Lead Mentorship Team and direct one-on-one support from our Clinical Director. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your client caseload, but never be without expert support.
Your Day-to-Day

In this role, you’ll have the time, resources, and team support to:

  • Manage a caseload of clients by providing behavior analytic services and protocol modifications
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments
  • Develop personalized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
  • Oversee data collection and progress analysis
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Lead parent and caregiver training sessions
  • Collaborate with all Continuum BCBAs, schools, community providers, and other professionals
Your Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) and Virginia License
  • Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality ABA services
  • Collaborative, positive approach to working with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Starting salary from $75,000-$80,000, with increases for experience
  • Monthly bonus opportunities
  • Paid time off and company holidays for employees
  • Subsidized health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Company laptop for full-time staff
  • Free CEUs & continuing education reimbursement
  • Company-sponsored networking events and team activities
