Big Dreamers ABA, a premier provider of ABA therapy services for children on the autism spectrum, seeks a BCBA - Clinical Supervisor to join our team. You will develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive treatment plans for clients, coordinating with families and providers.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $95,000–$125,000 per year with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a flexible 75% remote work arrangement, plus full benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification is required and licensure where applicable.
• Minimum 1 year as a BCBA or similar supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments including FBAs and develop ABA treatment/behavior plans.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians across settings.
• Educate parents on behavior analytic techniques and coordinate care with providers.
• Create and maintain data collection methods and analyze data to modify programs.

Job Summary:

Big Dreamers ABA, a premier provider of ABA therapy services for children on the autism spectrum, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and maintaining behavior analytic comprehensive treatment and behavior plans for individuals with autism and their stakeholders. This part-time or full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 with a $5,000 sign on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, including FBAs, and develop ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Train and supervise behavior technicians in ABA programs across applicable settings
• Educate and work with parents on behavior analytic techniques
• Coordinate care with client's other service providers
• Create and maintain effective data collection methods
• Track and analyze data and modify/create new programs accordingly
• Attend team meetings and trainings
• Directly work with clients when applicable

Qualifications:

• Current (and maintain) BCBA certification (and licensure when required)
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related human services field (e.g., education, social work, or psychology)
• Minimum one (1) year as a BCBA, or similar supervisory role
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Compliant with HIPAA, BACB, and insurance funders
• Fluent Spanish speaking

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient at writing initial and progress reports
• Comfortable using electronic data collection and reporting technology (CentralReach)
