Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our team delivering in-home, school-based, and center-based ABA services to children with autism. The BCBA will design and implement individualized treatment plans and supervise direct clinical services.

The ideal candidate has a Master's in ABA, BCBA certification or eligibility, at least 1 year of BCBA/BCaBA experience, and strong Spanish language skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field is required.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam.
• At least 1 year of experience as BCBA or BCaBA.
• Spanish language proficiency (verbal and written) required.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
• Provide direct clinical services, including coaching, training, and support for parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists.
• Conduct assessments to identify strengths and needs.
• Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans for target behaviors.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Job Summary:

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a talented and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children on the autism spectrum. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing direct clinical services, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. We proudly provide in-home, school-based, and center-based ABA therapy services to support children diagnosed with autism who benefit from additional assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
• Provide direct clinical services, including coaching, training, and support for parents and caregivers
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and need
• Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans to address target behaviors
• Monitor and record client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or be eligible to sit for the BCBA exam
• 1 year of experience working as a BCBA or BCaBA
• Proficiency in Spanish language (verbal and written)
• Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
