The position offers a flexible schedule (part-time or full-time), with a strong salary range of $95,000–$125,000 and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Remote work up to 75% is possible, with on-site collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification current and licensure where required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Minimum one year as BCBA or supervisory role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• HIPAA, BACB, and payer requirements compliant.
• Spanish language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, including FBAs, and develop ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians in ABA programs across applicable settings.
• Educate and work with parents on behavior analytic techniques.
• Coordinate care with client’s other service providers.
• Create and maintain effective data collection methods.
• Track and analyze data and modify/create new programs accordingly.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Directly work with clients when applicable.

Job Summary:

Big Dreamers ABA, a premier provider of ABA therapy services for children on the autism spectrum, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and maintaining behavior analytic comprehensive treatment and behavior plans for individuals with autism and their stakeholders. This part-time or full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 with a $5,000 sign on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, including FBAs, and develop ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Train and supervise behavior technicians in ABA programs across applicable settings
• Educate and work with parents on behavior analytic techniques
• Coordinate care with client’s other service providers

• Minimum one (1) year as a BCBA, or similar supervisory role
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Compliant with HIPAA, BACB, and insurance funders
• Fluent Spanish speaking

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient at writing initial and progress reports
• Comfortable using electronic data collection and reporting technology (CentralReach)
