Job Overview
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinic based! Location: Camarillo, California. Full or Part‑time options with compensation based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members.
- Collaborate with Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs) to deliver comprehensive care.
- Implement and monitor ABA therapy programs in home, clinic, or school settings.
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data‑driven decisions.
- Provide parent training and support to ensure consistency across environments.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA Certification.
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Knowledge of data collection, analysis, and reporting for behavior interventions.
- Ability to provide supervision to RBTs.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving client outcomes.
- Working with people with autism: 1 year (Required).
- Working with people with disabilities: 1 year (Required).
- Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred).
Location & Time
Work Location: In person. Will relocate to Camarillo, CA 93010 before starting. Full‑time.
