Job Overview

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinic based! Location: Camarillo, California. Full or Part‑time options with compensation based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members.
• Collaborate with Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs) to deliver comprehensive care.
• Implement and monitor ABA therapy programs in home, clinic, or school settings.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data‑driven decisions.
• Provide parent training and support to ensure consistency across environments.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA Certification.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Knowledge of data collection, analysis, and reporting for behavior interventions.
• Ability to provide supervision to RBTs.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving client outcomes.
• Working with people with autism: 1 year (Required).
• Working with people with disabilities: 1 year (Required).
• Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred).

Location & Time

Work Location: In person. Will relocate to Camarillo, CA 93010 before starting. Full‑time.
