Bilingual Therapies in Massachusetts seeks a BCBA to provide behavioral consultation for students with autism during the 2026–2027 academic year. This full-time, onsite role supports students and educational staff across four diverse school sites.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, coach teachers and paraprofessionals, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective support, compliance with district policies, and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (documentation required with application).
• Experience in school-based BCBA or Autism Specialist roles preferred.
• Proficiency in conducting FBAs and writing BIPs.
• Record of coaching teachers and paraprofessionals in behavior strategy implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to support autism classrooms and work as part of a collaborative team.
• Must have reliable transportation for travel between four school locations.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and fingerprinting/background checks.

Make a significant impact in the lives of students with autism by providing specialized behavioral expertise during the 2026–2027 academic year. This full-time, onsite role offers the chance to work collaboratively across four diverse school sites, supporting both students and educational staff.

In this position, you’ll be at the forefront of behavioral consultation, applying evidence-based practices to enhance learning and social outcomes. You’ll have the opportunity to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop targeted Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), coach classroom staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure students with autism receive the support they need to thrive.
