Qualifications

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• BCBA certification in good standing is mandatory.
• Experience in behavioral health or special education required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support paraprofessionals in patient care.
• Conduct patient assessments to develop behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor and adjust behavior intervention plans based on data.

Connaissances

Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings

Strong data collection and analysis skills

The ability to work independently and collaboratively

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Formation

Responsibilities

• Leading, Supporting and Encouraging Paraprofessionals
• Conduct Patient Assessments to Develop Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans to support patients
• Provide ongoing data collection and analysis to track progress and make necessary adjustments
• Providing Parent Trainings
• Designing tailored curriculums and behavioral plans based on assessment results and data analysis.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
• BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACBrequired
• Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings
• Strong data collection and analysis skills
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
