Alora Behavioral Health in Van Nuys, CA, is seeking a BCBA or BCBA-D for a hybrid or remote leadership role blending clinical oversight with hands-on impact. The position offers $80,000-$95,000/year (DOE) plus a monthly productivity bonus and sign-on opportunities.

The role includes conducting FBAs, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, training caregivers, and ensuring data-driven program adjustments while upholding BACB and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
• 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and support onboarding.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training.
• Monitor progress through data-driven program adjustments.
• Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal).
• Collaborate closely with your Area Director and clinical leadership team.
• Support funding source communication as needed.
